Questions
Will the AI send messages to my customers by itself?
Not by default. We build AI that suggests and lets a person send, because a wrong automatic message can lose a customer. Fully automatic replies are possible for narrow cases, after testing.
Does it understand Hindi and Hinglish?
Yes. The AI we run in production drafts replies in Hindi, English and Hinglish, matching how the customer wrote.
What does the AI cost to run?
It depends on the model and volume. In our own product, our first clients' AI use has cost well under ₹100 a month each. We set a monthly cap per business before launch.
Where is our data processed?
Conversations are sent to the AI provider only to produce the suggestion, under their business terms. We document this for your privacy policy and Meta's data-handling declaration.
