Will my WhatsApp number get banned?
The official API is the approved way to message many customers, which is why we use it. Meta still watches quality: if many people block or report you, limits apply. We set it up so you only message people who agreed to hear from you, and every message has a way to stop.
Who pays Meta's message charges?
Meta bills your WhatsApp account directly for the messages it delivers. We add nothing to Meta's rates; our price is for the setup and the work.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few days once we have your documents. The part we don't control is Meta's business verification and template review, which can add time.
Can I keep using WhatsApp on my phone?
In many cases, yes: WhatsApp's coexistence lets a number use the Business app and the API together. We check your number's eligibility on the first call.
